I. - When a floor is lined with placeholders to pedestrians or normally practicable by them, such as sidewalks or shoulders, pedestrians are required to use them, excluding the roadway. These provisions shall not apply pedestrian areas and meeting areas.
IA. -Children less than eight years leading a cycle may use sidewalks or shoulders, except where taken by the appointing authority of the power of police to the condition to keep the look of the not and not cause embarrassment to pedestrians.
II. - Are treated as pedestrians:
1 ° those who drive a car child, ill or; invalid carriages, or any other small size without motor vehicle
2 ° persons which lead to hand a cycle or moped;
3 ° the infirm who move in a wheelchair driven by themselves or moving at the pace of the pitch.
III. - The movement of all two-wheeled vehicles driven by hand is allowed on the road. In this case, drivers are required to follow the rules imposed on pedestrians.
