In November of last year, JYJ‘s Junsu received approval from the city of Jeju for the construction of the “Jeju Toscana Hotel.” Construction of the hotel began in April, and it is expected to be a popular resort where guests can get close with nature. The hotel will feature an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, cafe, spa and will have 65 guestrooms. Construction is planned to be completed in March of next year.
Jeju Toscana Hotel has 4,014㎡ of building space and has a total land area of 8153㎡. The investors of the hotel are preparing applications to receive business benefits from Jeju’s Free International City policies.
There are high hopes in Jeju for the new hotel to become a destination where popular musical concerts and cultural events can take place.
