All documentation shall be submitted in accordance with the Requisition requirements, Vendor Data
Requirements (VDR) and the Inspection Plan.

All data and documents submitted by the VENDOR to the PURCHASER for acceptance to proceed
shall, with the exception of information still to be defined by the PURCHASER, be signed as checked
and approved by suitably qualified staff. With the exception of plating drawings, or branch orientations
still to be defined by the PURCHASER, no document sent for comment shall be submitted in an
incomplete condition.

3.27.2 DRAWINGS

The manufacturing drawings shall clearly indicate the following minimum information:

• Name of ultimate client.
• PURCHASER’s order number
• The contract Title, Equipment Title & plant item number.
• Site location.
• Design and manufacture code (year of issue) and additional specifications (e.g. this specification).
• Design conditions.
• Full material specifications.
• Full dimensional details including head shape definition.
• Position of weld seams.
• Details of weld preparations and procedures (cross referenced to each weldment).
• Table of branch sizesanddutiesasgivenonthedatasheet(thisistoincludenozzleloads).
•Extent of all NDT.
•Corrosion allowance.
•Heat treatment details.
