A. the Tenant shall have and enjoy the right to use the following services that are furnished without any charge by the Landlord.
A.1 The right to use the parking space
A.2 Common area
B. the Landlord warrants and guarantees that he is the sole owner of the Said Premises and he has right without any restrictions, to let the Said Premises. It is further specifically understood and agreed that the Landlord will inform fully any person or persons to whom he may propose to sell or trade the apartment, of the terms of this lease and that any sale made will be subjected to the limitations, conditions and restrictions of this lease.
C. that the Tenant, duly paying the rent, observing and performing the several covenants herein contained shall peacefully hold and enjoy the Said Premises during the period of the lease without any interruption whatsoever by the Landlord or his agent.
D. to keep the Said Premises and all of its utilities including all plumbing and electrical equipment in good repair and working conditions.
This agreement is made in duplicate, the Landlord and the Tenant each to keep one signed copy and both parties consider their documents as a receipt for the deposit as mentioned in clause 2.
